We have a cozy house in a town of less then 500. Located on a quiet street. The house is fully furnished with a freezer available if you're a hunter. The perfect place for one or six people to get away from it all. Close by antique shops and walk in hunting. Please read entire description! Our house is on a quiet street, the front porch over looks flowers beds and two tall trees. There is a shade garden, raise garden beds and a fire pit in the back yard. We have done recent renovations to the house including new flooring throughout and updated paint. On the first floor consists of one bedroom, the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and laundry room. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a small second living space and our storage room, please be aware that the stairs steep. Our guests have access to everything on the first floor, two bedrooms upstairs, and a second living area upstairs. At this time we have a storage room on the second floor that we ask our guests not to disturb. We are available to interact with our guests via phone, text, a knock at our door, or around the camp fire. Scandia is not much bigger than most neighborhoods. We have several antique shops, a restaurant, gas station, post office bank, beauty shop, and large park. Almost everything thing in Scsndia is within walking distance, downtown is 3 blocks from our house. Almost everything in Scandia is within walking distance. If you'd rather drive there is plenty of parking, all of it free. We have a farm and cattle operation, if you would like to tour or to learn about our operations you are welcome too!
