We live about 15 minutes away and can easily be reached by phone, text or email anytime and can be on property if needed within an hour. This neighborhood is a hidden gem right in Historic Downtown Melbourne and walking distance to Florida institute of Technology and there beautiful botanical garden. Def a much check out if your into nature walks. The municipal golf course is less then 3 minutes from the house with many others close by. Everything you will need is very close by from the beautiful beaches within minutes of the house, Brevard Zoo about 15 minutes, local boutique shops, restaurants and bars, downtown. A CVS is right around the corner. Bass Pro Shops (outdoor super store) in Palm Bay is about 10 minutes away. Walmart, Dollar General and Publix which is the local grocery store are all right around the corner as well. Other local restaurants and bars around as well. the Melbourne Square Mall is only a few minutes from the house as well. Like we mentioned above, everything you’ll need is very close by. We just love Melbourne. Very easy to get around town with taxis, uber, lift and public transportation around every corner A couple beach chairs are hanging in the garage to take back and forth to beach. Beach and pool towels in linen closet bicycles with helmets in garage are for the guest to use. Pool guy comes twice a weekly to clean the pool. Yard guys come ounce a week in the summer and ounce every other week I. The winter. Cornhole game in garage that can be set up in the yard. Fishing poles in garage can be used. We own a small local farm and the refrigerator can be stocked up with local organic veggies, organic dry goods, juices, dairy and local meats from our local farm for a small fee and the cost of the products.
