Open and airy with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a fully stocked kitchen, linens, bath towels (please bring your own beach towels), WiFi, cable, Blu-Ray player with lots of movies, and a lovely dune view. There are two bedrooms; a bunk room that can sleep 5, and a room with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen Roku TV. There are also two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos. The living room has ample room to spread out and relax with comfy furniture, a flat-screen TV, and Blu-Ray player. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all open to each other so everyone, even the cook, is included in activities. Just outside the living room door is a patio where you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze, look at the beautiful dunes, and hear the waves. To your left is the private beach boardwalk which takes you to Mustang Island Beach between markers 4 and 5. A quick walk down the beach brings you to The Beach Lodge, Port A's only on the beach bar and grill. A short walk out of the front door brings you to the closest of the two swimming pools. Towards the front of the property and near the second pool is a clubhouse that you can rent for events. In that area, there is also a tennis court (currently being repaired). The laundry house is near as well. Our home is clean, comfortable and ready for your stay! It's all yours! You have access to all of the amenities on the 7 acres of the Coral Cay property including pools, shuffleboard, outdoor grills, eating areas, and more. When you book with us we'll send you directions and our rental guide. Then, you can drive right to the rental which features keyless entry, where you'll use your unique code to enter (no need to meet for keys). Inside, you'll enjoy our premium amenities: shampoo, soaps, paper products, and quality towels and linens (please bri g your own beach towels). You can request an early check-in / late check-out and we will arrange it whenever possible. *Here in TX we collect taxes, adding 13% to the reservation rates. Each reservation also requires a $125 cleaning fee, and a refundable Security Deposit. It is an eco-tourism area, with lots of wildlife including a huge variety of migratory birds. Bay and deep sea fishing is excellent with many charter boats available in the marina. Half an hour away in Corpus Christi, is the USS Lexington and right next door is the Texas State Aquarium. If you are a golfer, you can grab your clubs and head over to the Port Dunes Arnold Palmer Signature Course, just down the road. One of my favorite spots to grab coffee and a quick breakfast is Coffee Waves. They also have free WiFi, lunch items, and delicious gelatto! The coffee shop is just down 11th St. to Avenue J and is in the shopping center on the corner of Avenue J and HWY 361. And best of all, our home is walking distance to the only beachfront bar and grill in Port A, The Beach Lodge. When you enter the beach from the private boardwalk, head to the right and in a few minutes you will see the Beach Lodge sign! There is available public transportation including buses, trolleys, and cabs. There is plenty of free parking onsite and you can drive down and park your car or golf cart on the beach. There are many golf cart rental outfits in town, most of whom deliver the cart to you. Port A is also great for biking. We provide enough amenities for you to start off your getaway. Once they run out you must supply your own. Upon check-in you are provided: -2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom -Mini bottle of shampoo, small bar of body soap, and separate small bar of hand soap -box of facial tissue in each bathroom -small bottle of dish soap, and 2 dishwasher pods -2 rolls of paper towels -liquid hand soap -dish sponge There is a grocery store, CVS, and Dollar Store on the island that should have anything else you need. There is a private beach boardwalk just steps from the back patio of Casa Linda. It takes less than two minutes from our back door to toes in the sand,—and yes, I did time the walk! Port Aransas is a quaint beach town with lots to do, and our home is minutes from the heart of it. Port Aransas is bustling and fun! There are delicious restaurants, bars, live music, shopping, and so many outdoor activities, including an Arnold Palmer golf course, and the Tecas Surf Camp. The Texas State Aquarium is nearby in Corpus Christi as is the historic USS Lexington ship. Fun for all!!!
