Two off street parkings BY BOOKING WITH US ALL GUEST OF 665 BAY ESPLANADE AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES 1) Number of Guests: We are happy to accommodate up to 6 guests (including children). Our apartments are 2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms with a sofa sleeper in the living area. Ignoring this rule may cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund. 2) Check-in time is 4 pm. If you require an early check-in, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply. 3) Check-out time is 11 am. If you require a late check-out, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply. 4) Please keep in mind that we operate at a 90% occupancy rate and it takes the cleaning crew anywhere from 4-5 hours to clean an apartment this size. On the other hand if you want to guarantee a late check-out, you can book an extra night. The same goes with an early check-in. I try to accommodate our guest the best way possible but I am not able to guarantee and early check-in or a late check-out unless you reserve it. 5) Parking. You have 2 reserved parking market with the number of the apartment you are occupying. Please be respectful of other guest and do not take up their parking spaces. 6) Adult supervision. Please accompany your children at all times. Adult supervision is required for all children in the pool, around the docks and seawall. 7) Thermostat. Please do not set the AC lower than 69 degrees as the compressor may freeze and cause damage. Also, please be mindful of energy consumption and race the temperature to at least 75 degrees when you are out for the day. 8) Towels and Linens. The apartment is furnished with luxury FRETTE sheets and towels, please read carefully replacement costs: - Please refrain from eating or drinking in bed. Damage to any part of the set of linens caused by makeup, extreme dirt, food stains or rips has a full replacement cost of $250. This will be charged as we must purchase/replace the full set. - Damage to towels caused by makeup, extreme dirt, food stains or bleach will have a replacement cost of $45 per bath towel, $25 per hand towel, $10 per washcloth, $15 per "makeup” towel and $45 per beach towel. - "Makeup" towel is not to be used with makeup remover as these product tend to bleach the towels. This towel is to be used when drying your face after the makeup has been removed. Please use the makeup removing pads provided in the bathroom drawer along with your favorite makeup remover or use your own towel. - Upon check-in, if you find any of the towels damaged or unacceptable, please notify me immediately so these may be replaced at time of check-in only. - If at any time during your stay you launder any towels or linens, please do not launder them with any beach towels, "makeup" towels, personal items or personal towels as these will release colors and stain and you will be responsible for the replacement cost. 9) Smoking. For the comfort of all guest, smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the apartment, pool area and dock area. Please be mindful of other guests and limit your smoking to your private patio or balcony and please make sure all doors and windows remain closed. Do not toss cigarette buds or ashes over the balconies, into the garden area or bay. 10) Smoking is allowed in your private balcony or private patio only. Please make sure all doors and windows remain closed as a charge of $400 will be applied for upholstery and curtain cleaning. Discard cigarette buds and ashes properly and don't toss them over the balconies into the garden area or bay. 11) Fishing is allowed in the dock area only. For the comfort of all guests, please refrain from fishing on the seawall around the property and cooking or frying fish inside the apartment. Please use the grill outside. 12) Cooking Fish inside the unit is not allowed. For the comfort of all future guest please use the grills outside the unit. 13) Grills. When using the grills please make sure you turn off the propane tank after each use, otherwise the gas will leak out. 14) Noise. Loud music, parties or noisy get-together are not allowed. Ignoring this rule may cause you to lose your reservation without a refund. 15) Parties of any kind are not allowed. Ignoring this rule may cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund. 16) Moving Furniture. As guest on the second floor, please be mindful of guest in the apartment under you and limit moving furniture during the evenings and early in the morning. 17) Pets are not allowed. 18) Disposing of Trash and Personal Items. Please do not dispose of the following products down the toilet: -Any kind of feminine products including face wipes. -Baby products like “disposable diapers or wipes” -Paper towels. -Trash bags are provided for the kitchen and bathrooms to dispose of all trash. There are trash bins in the outside of the building for daily disposal if needed. 19) Pool Rules. There are no set hours to use the pool, but for the comfort of all guest of 665 Bay Esplanade and neighbors, please keep the noise down in the morning hours and late afternoon and evenings. -Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. -Glass bottles are not allowed in the pool area. -Please refrain from smoking. -Pets are not allowed in the pool area. 19) Check-out time Instructions. -Check out time is 11 am. -Do not start a wash of towels nor linens. -Use the provided trash bags to remove all your trash from the apartment. The bins are located outside on the right side of the building. -Put all dirty dishes inside the dishwasher. -Set the thermostat back to 76 degrees. 20) Disclosure. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the property. Also, we are not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests are expressly assuming the risk for any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.
