We have AC in the master suite, guest bedroom and social areas (kitchen and living room). The guest suite located on the main level doesn't have AC - it is partially underground so it stays cool and it has a very nice cross ventilation. We are available by phone, email and texts; as well as in person. :) We are in located just 6 blocks (0.6 miles) from the famous Plaza and 1.6 miles from Canyon Road. It is an easy short walk. We are close to everything including restaurants, bars, churches, galleries and skiing in the winter (just 15 miles away). You can walk everywhere!
