Sully’s Sand Dollar is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located across the street from a gorgeous Florida beach and only a few miles from historic downtown New Smyrna Beach. There is a large selection of restaurants nearby and lots of local attractions for families and adults alike. Canaveral National Seashore is only 3 miles away. Whether you are looking for a place to get away to the beach in the summer or get away from the cold in the winter, Sully’s Sand Dollar is the place for you. Sully’s Sand Dollar’s three bedrooms offer sleeping for up to 8. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, beautiful views out the back of the unit, a walk in closet and a large bathroom that includes his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a separate walk in shower. Each of the other two bedrooms include a queen size and a single bed for ample sleeping space. There are also closets in each of the rooms. The second full bath is located adjacent to bedroom 2 with separate hall access as well. The living room has lots of sitting space and is open to the back of the unit overlooking a wildlife preserve. Guests have access to the entire condo. There is a screened in outdoor patio that overlooks a wildlife refuge out of the back of the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare your meals and includes a microwave, stove, oven, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and refrigerator with ice maker. There is a large table for meals with seating for 6 as well as two additional stools at the breakfast bar. Ocean Walk Condominiums has two clubhouses, each with a pool, hot tub and fitness center. The main clubhouse is located immediately outside of the unit’s building and offers an indoor kitchen and communal BBQ grill which is available to guests. There is a half mile nature trail which begins right behind building 7 and ends on the far south end of the complex. Beach access is directly across the street via a private entryway. Included with the unit are beach towels and mats, a large rolling cooler, beach chairs, shade umbrella and beach cart. There are also several boogie boards and a wake board, children’s beach toys and several beach games. Your host lives in the central Florida area year round, so is always available in the event you need anything. Self check-in is available or the host can meet you there for an overview if you prefer. Historic downtown New Smyrna Beach is located only a few miles away and features restaurants, shopping and local cultural attractions. There are several fishing piers located on the river and Canaveral National Seashore is a must see attraction only 3 miles away. Orlando area attractions are just over an hour away should you want to include a Disney trip in your stay. Miles of beautiful beaches are easily accessible across the street.
