Enjoy Amazing ocean and beach views from your balcony. This is the 3rd unit from the ocean on the 3rd floor and honestly the view beats the direct oceanfront views because of the panoramic effect. Sea Side Villas is minutes away from the very popular Coligny Beach Park area where you can enjoy the many restaurants and shops. Also very close to the new Lowcountry Celebration Park where they have festivals and events. The bedroom has a queen bed, closet and TV and the living area has a sleeper sofa. The living/kitchen area is open and the kitchen is fully stocked (pots, pans, cooking sheets, serving and eating utensils, grilling tools, dishware, glassware, tupperware, etc...) so you can enjoy meals without having to go out to eat all the time. A Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker are provided as well as a Ninja blender, a slow cooker, toaster and microwave. You are provided with fluffy bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and beach towels as well as paper products. The elevator is located near the pool and we also have luggage carts for your use. Also provided for your convenience are 4 beach chairs, rolling and bag cooler, boogie boards and two adult beach cruiser bicycles. The bikes are located under the building on the ocean side. The beach shower/rinse off area is located under the building adjacent to the bike racks. Entire villa I live on the island so am always available for questions, suggestions, concerns, etc... Sea Side villas is just a short walk on the beach to Coligny Beach which is the main public beach on the island and Coligny Beach Park. The famous Tiki Hut beach bar is located there as well and is a favorite of both locals and visitors. Coligny Plaza is adjacent to this and offers many options for shopping, dining and entertainment. Also located near the brand new Lowcountry Celebration Park. Lowcountry Celebration Park features: The Adventure Playground, named after the ship Captain William Hilton was on when he discovered Hilton Head Island. It features a reimagined design of the ship, playground, wading pool and more. - An Open Pavilion and Lawn for events. - The Perimeter Walk subtly lighted for evening strolls around the park. - The Setting Sun Sculpture - Two Fitness Stations - Wi-Fi - The Sandbox Children's Museum (Scheduled to open early 2021) - Restrooms Facilities There are many options for dining and shopping within walking distance (Coligny Plaza is 1/2 mile away) and you can also jump on the beach cruiser bikes that are provided and ride on the islands over 60 miles of bike paths. Hilton Head is very bike friendly and you will find that you can go almost anywhere on a bike. The Breeze Trolley is another option which runs daily in the afternoons between the South End and Shelter Cove area. Shelter Cove is mid island and also provides many different options for shopping, dining and activities. Schedule subject to change.
