(25 minutes away from downtown Monterrey) House inside private with 24 hour security. 2 minutes from HEB and only 5 minutes from a large shopping plaza ''Plaza Cumbres' 'next to other supermarkets, restaurants, Cinepolis cinema near the area for your entertainment. For public transport, the ecovia is 3 blocks away. The space The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a large 43-inch TV with Netflix for watching movies and TV shows, a mini-split air conditioner, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is located outside your room but right next to it, and it is NOT shared; it is for your personal use only. In the living area, there is a minibar and a microwave, which will be for your personal use. There are no shared areas; use of the kitchen or living room is not permitted. If you come in your own vehicle, you can park inside the garage in one of the spaces. (You just have to respect the space for the other vehicle and never park outside the garage.)
