The living room’s dual doors face West for great sunset views. The upper rear decks offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. For outdoor fun our privately large front deck is equipped with a BBQ grill for your family cook out .For your day at the beach we provide beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway. The living space is on open floor plan, all on one comfortable level. Open concept ,great for entertaining with new kitchen, large island, granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. Master suite with private bath, king size bed, dresser and 30' TV with DVD. Second bedroom is furnished with a double size bed, dresser and has two closets. For additional guests, there is a extendable double size sleeper sofa in the living room. Our kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, all cutlery and dishes etc. Dining table with 6 chairs. Towels and linens are provided along with a washer/dryer. Additionally for your convenience we also provide you with dish washing detergent and other starter supplies such as paper products, coffee filters, trash bags.Please note that the stairs to access the unit are not handicapped accessible.
