This beautiful lake front property is a northern Michigan gem. The main cottage itself has two bedrooms (one queen bed and a full bed) with the capability to sleep up to four people. The bonus space in the converted bunkhouse is semi-rustic and sleeps an additional 2 people. Great for older kids looking for their own space. fenced in backyard for your dog to run around and play! The space Fire pit with one of a kind marshmallow grilling sticks, perfect for families or friends to relax by the fire and look out over the lake. Small screened porch in back to relax and read a book. Large front deck with outdoor grill to relax with a glass of wine under the glowing string lights. Small back deck with seating to relax and catch some shade during the day. Access to kayaks with life jackets for exploring the area and lots of amenities! Guest access There is a smart lock and keypad with access to the main cottage, in addition to a wall mounted lockbox with keys to the garage bunkhouse space. Other things to note The bunkhouse is a rustic space. When you book this listing you have the entire cottage plus the bunkhouse for use. This allows us to sleep up to seven people total including the two bedrooms in the cottage and the beds in the bunkhouse. It is perfect for children or extended family members (also great for social distancing!). Pets are allowed but please tell us prior to your stay. We charge and additional $50 total and ask that you clean up inside and outside in the yard after your pet! We have recently fenced in the backyard of the cottage with a white 4' tall vinyl fence. We ask that guests do not leave their dogs unattended in the backyard, please clean up any dog waste and please prevent their dogs from digging holes. If for some reason it is unpreventable, please fill the hole back in. We have provided a couch cover for pets to prevent water, dirt and hair from getting on the couch. We also have dog towels dedicated to cleaning off wet and dirty dogs.
