We are in Historic Downtown Benicia, steps from 1st St. We have 3 Bedrooms, 2 parking spots, 2 Smart tv's, cable, apple tv, sonos system, internet, well furnished kitchen with new Pro stove, coffee, espresso & washer/dryer. The residence has large outdoor furnished gardens with fountain and fireplace. We welcome seasoned travelers over 25 yrs old. The space The 3,000 sqft residence has a funky art gallery vibe with lots of remote working spots designed into space. The space has lots of unique moments to enjoy for work or family stay. The East and West Gardens are over 3,000 sqft as well. The Residence is attached to a beautiful recently renovated 200 year old church, even though you won't have access to the church proper you will enjoy the gardens. The Church is rented for occasional special events, productions, photo shoots and video productions when we don’t have guests in the Residence. Only mention this part as everyone is always curious. 😜 The split level loft style home with all bedrooms upstairs with lots of stairs (not ideal for little tykes or elderly) is in the old rectory that was owned by a world renowned artist and sculptor for the past 50 years. The church was his sculpting studios and Residence was his home. This very special property is just steps off of First Street in downtown Benicia. Come enjoy this little slice of wonder and get inspired! Guest access Full residence with access to east and west gardens. Just please keep in mind there is a full time tenant in the apartment it is separate unit but attached to kitchen wall. He also has use of west gardens. He is super sweet. Other things to note Please note that we have another unit on property. We have a long term tenant who is very quiet and sweet. Just an FYI. His entry is on the deck off the kitchen. And that is a shared wall. That west side garden is shared. Eastside with the zig zag tile is private for your group.
