Comfortable and well kept 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that sleeps 11. This unit is perfect for families, guys' trips, girls' trips, and fishing/hunting trips! Book 7 nights and your 7th night is free! Stay for a full month and your 4th week is free! All reservations longer than 3 weeks can be requested through the “Contact Host" link just below!! The master bedroom with a full bath has a plush king size bed, walk-in-closet, full size dresser and overlooks the water. The second bedroom has a king sized bed, a single pull-out sofa, full dresser, and walk-in closet. The third bedroom is perfect for a kids' (or adult) slumber party with a twin/full bunk-bed, single futon sofa, dresser, and walk-in closet. We've added a queen pull-out sofa to the living room to accommodate all your friends!! The condo is just a few steps away from the beautiful pool and has a boat dock 20 feet from your backdoor available for the duration of your stay. The community also offers boat trailer parking, BBQ grills by the water, and is just a few minutes drive to the beach. Our guests have access to 3 flat-screen TVs, complementary WiFi, a private washer & dryer, deep freezer for your fresh catch, and a full kitchen! You can enjoy some of the local attractions during your stay as you'll be minutes away from Schlitterbahn Water Park, Funtrackers with go-carts and bumper boats, Treasure Island for mini golf, and horseback riding at Horses on the Beach. Or head into town and go see some of the places that make Corpus Christi the perfect vacation spot for everyone. Visit the famous Texas State Aquarium, South Texas Botanical Gardens, The USS Lexington, or Hurricane Alley Water Park. Have some fun or do some shopping at Get Air, Bowlero, and La Palmera Mall. There's so much to do we can't mention it all! Our condo has room for one vehicle in the private driveway and a second space available in the common parking area. Boat trailer parking available, too! ONCE FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE BY GUEST, THE SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT, GENERAL RULES, AND ALL CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES ARE CONSIDERED AGREED UPON AND SIGNED BY GUEST. (Feel free to request and emailed digital copy.) COMPLETE SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR ALOHA: This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between David and Christine Gola (“Homeowner”) and Guest as of the date last set forth on the booking confirmation email from the Homeowner to the Guest. This rental agreement is effective for Booked Date Period and for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Maximum Occupancy and Age Requirements: The maximum number of guests is limited to 11 persons and guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit. Any additional people on the property are the sole responsibility of Guest and may not stay overnight. An additional charge or $50 per person per night for guests in addition to 11 will be assessed. It is not our standard to rent to persons younger than 22 years of age. However, exceptions can be made at Homeowner’s discretion. 2. Minimum Stay: This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than 2 days, the guest will be charged the 2-night rate. 3. Owner Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair, inspection, and to acquire personal belongings. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and with adequate notice. Homeowner will communicate the need for access by phone or text to Guest. 4. Security Deposit and Fees: A. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $275, included in the total of the rental, is due at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 7 days of the check-out date provided no deductions are made due to: a. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning* b. food or other items left in the refrigerator or deep freezer* c. keys provided to GUEST either lost or not returned where requested* d. boat trailer tag either lost or not returned where requested* e. relocation of furniture** f. damage to the property or furnishings g. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay *The standard and reasonable fee charged for EACH item a, b, c, & d is $25. **The standard and reasonable moving fee charged for item e is $125. PLEASE NOTE: If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. B. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $95, included in the total of the rental, is due at least 30 days prior to the Check-in date. This fee is the responsibility of Guest. 5. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit and any payments made will be refunded as follows: • 100% if cancelled 14 days prior to the check-in date • 50% if cancelled 7 days prior to the check-in date • Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: 1. The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or a "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. 2. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area we will refund: o Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered o Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted o Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period 6. Sub-Leasing: Guest shall have no right to assign his interest in this agreement or to sublet all or any portion of the property for any period. Non compliance will result in immediate cancellation of reservation without refund. 7. Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. One vehicle is allowed in the unit’s driveway and a second vehicle may use a space in the public parking area. These spaces are not assigned and are first come first serve. Parking is not permitted where marked and any illegally parked cars are subject to towing. Applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Boat Trailer Parking/Boat Ramp: Onsite boat trailer parking is limited to 1 trailer per unit and is available in the designated areas at the condo and are first come first serve. A yellow boat trailer tag is provided in the unit located on the hooks in the kitchen. This must be placed on the boat trailer as towing is enforced. The trailer tag must be returned to this same location at the end of your stay.* *The standard and reasonable fee charged for lost or damaged boat trailer tag is $50. The closest boat ramp is located on Jackfish Avenue between Indigo Street & Ambrosia Street; just ¾ of a mile drive from the condo. Vehicles and/or trailers that are left at the BOAT RAMPS without the proper stickers may be towed. 9. General Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit or on the back deck. 2. Pets are NOT allowed as stated in the By-Laws of the Homeowners’ Association. 3. Bait and fresh catch are NOT to be stored in the kitchen refrigerator. We have provided a deep freeze in the utility room for that purpose. 4. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10p.m. – 10a.m. 5. Pool hours are Tuesday through Sunday 10a.m. – 10p.m. Additional pool rules are posted onsite. THERE IS NO LIFGUARD ON DUTY. Pool is closed on Mondays for regular maintenance. 6. All of the units are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and all must be returned to their original locations. 8. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 9. DO NOT put fish down the sink disposal or any other substance not intended for the disposal. 10. The unit contains linens and bath towels and will be the responsibility of Guest to wash them as needed during your stay. There is a private washer and dryer in the unit available for your use. You must provide your own detergent/dryer sheets as needed. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units and therefore suggest you bring beach/pool towels. 11. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle. At check-out, all garbage must be collected in the provided garbage bags and taken to the condominium dumpster which is located at the intersection of Aloha Street and Sea Horse Avenue on the bay side.
