We highly recommend that our guests visit the Rockport Chamber of Commerce for an extensive list of local attractions, restaurants, and festivals. You'll want to make the most of your visit. But if you don't have enough time during your stay, you can always come back to visit us again! Marshall's Landing is located in the middle of all the fun. We are approximately 10 minutes from the Ferry that takes you to Port Aransas. We are also about 10 minutes to Rockport Beach. We are about 5 minutes from HEB grocery store and 5 minutes from Walmart and Lowes. Boat launching is nearby as well at Conn Brown Harbor which is about 5 minutes away. ALL fifth wheels, bumper pulls, rvs and travel trailers must be 2010 or newer and no more than 40 feet long.
