BTR Number: 1669 As per the City of Indian Rocks Beach Guidelines and Regulations by booking this property guests agree to abide by city of Indian Rocks Beach regulations regarding occupancy levels, trash, litter, noise, parking and sea turtles. They also agree to follow county & state evacuation mandates in the event of a hurricane. You will self check-in with a door code that we will provide a week before your check in date. We live right here on Indian Rocks Beach! We are available for anything you may need. We know and love the area very well and can recommend restaurants and activities. If you have a special request, please let us know! The beach, lots of casual dining and a local city park are all a short walk from Crystal Sands beach house. Perfect Location!! On the corner of our street just a minute walk away are a surf shop, board rentals, bike rentals, ice cream and candy shop, massage and yoga, bait and tackle, and a small local seafood restaurant. Turn the corner to your right and you have an English pub with Directv for all of your can't miss sport games. Turn to your left and there is a pizza & sub shop. One block down and there is a convenience store for any items you might need. All of this close enough for your ease, but far enough for complete quiet. There is a bike rental place just a few steps down the road. There is Uber and Lyft services available. Many restaurants are walking distance.
