Renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo that sleeps 4 easily. Because the condo is located at the end of the building it is larger and more private than most others in the complex. There is an elevator for easy access and the beach is right out the back door of the building. The bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, recliner and a full-sized closet. It has windows overlooking the salt water pool and waterfall hot tub. There is a full bath adjacent to the bedroom. The kitchen is fully appointed with a full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. A microwave and other small appliances are included as well as all dishes, pots and pans, silverware and other appointments. It features one sleeper sofa, two recliners, and a flat screen TV with cable. I am available through text, phone, and email. Island Services is also available on the island and at the condo for any problems or questions. Wanna Wanna is right next door and serves the best hamburgers and fries on the island. Because this condo is on the opposite side of the building, you do not hear the noise from the party-goers after you decide to retire. If you enjoy riding a bicycle there are dedicate lanes that travel all over South Padre Island. There are places on the island to rent bicycles. You may want to spend time at Schlitterbahn Water Park, watch the baby turtle release, try any of the great restaurants, or just do a little wave-watching,. Whatever you decide, you will make great memories in the sun. If you prefer public transportation, the bus picks up just a block from the condo and travels all over the island.
