Additional seating for 6 is on the screened in porch. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and TV. The third bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed plus a TV. The tv in this bedroom is in the closet. There is a full bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms as well as a front load washer and dryer in the hallway. The upstairs loft serves as the 4th bedroom with a queen bed with a 3rd full bathroom off the loft with a shower. There is an additional room upstairs which can be used for watching TV. There is cable in the living, master and porch areas. The other rooms have streaming available. All linens and towels (we do ask you to bring your own beach towels) are provided for your use. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis.
