We have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, as we are on the intercoastal. St Johns Pass access to the ocean is just a few mins boating away, on the gloriously warm water. We have dolphins swimming up to our dock most days. It truly is magical. Located directly on the inter-coastal water of the Gulf, and only minutes walk to the beautiful golden sandy beach. This house hosts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have Executive King-Size beds and the final bedroom has 2 x super comfortable twin beds. There are 2 x Master En-Suite bedrooms and the final King room shares a Jack and Jill style Full Bathroom with the Twin Room, All bedrooms have 55" Wall Mounted Smart TVs, so bring your Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, etc logins with you. The oversized main living area has a wrap-around Italian-made custom couch that easily fits 8 people. This room also boasts a wall-mounted 65" Smart TV for the family to enjoy. The custom-built kitchen not only looks beautiful but has been furnished with everything you will need to make the Presidental Beach House your home away from home. There is also a beautiful dining space in the home, with a table that seats 8 people. In the center of the table is a built-in Lazy-Susan, so you can pass around the feast you have prepared. Next to the dining area is a cozy fireplace seating area with barrel seats that you can relax in, while you stare out the window at the water just feet away. We regularly have dolphins swim up to the sea wall in our backyard. This never gets old. Therefore, we have had the back of the property kitted out with a Custom-Built Gazebo, oversized table and bench seating and a beautiful fire pit with bench seating. Life really does not get any better than this. You will want to come back over and over again. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set. We have a weekly pool cleaning service at the property and weekly lawn maintenance, to enhance your relaxation experience. Please note. Absolutely no parties are to be held in or on this property. Very small, but very unique. It is an entirely residential town, so it has a lovely beachy, laid back atmosphere and the neighbors all know each other and respect each other and the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Absolutely no parties are to be allowed in or on the property. Its easy walking distance to the beach and to the nightlife that Madeira Beach and St Johns Pass has to offer. You are only 0.5 of a mile from the golden sandy beaches on the Gulf Coast. Why not bring your own boat, as we are on the intercoastal, and easy to get to, with a dock for your boat. There are LOTS of boat and Jet Ski rental companies in the area too.
