Not feeling the Honkey Tonks vibe? We also have 3 bars within walking distance, Mickeys, The Walden and The Fox which is like a speak easy, there’s darts and pool tables. Our best recommendation is to Uber or Lyft everywhere. This property is 3 miles from downtown and located a half mile from the freeway so getting around is cheap and easy. Noise complaints are taken very seriously here. We have only ever had 1 but these townhouses are connected to each other so parties and being extremely loud for prolonged period of times, especially at night, can lead to noise complaints. I apologize but we do not rent to locals.
