This is a lovely unit in the Juliet building on the 10th floor with gorgeous ocean and city views. The patio, living room, and bedrooms are all great places to sit back and enjoy the city and water views. This is an ideal location for parking your car and walking everywhere. Within a 10 min walking radius are all the downtown attractions, and just out your door offers a variety of restaurants, pubs and shopping. This unit offers two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. The living room has comfortable seating for five, a nice eating area and also bar stools to chat and keep the cook company! You will only need to bring your personal items to this lovely unit. The laundry room is fully equipped for the short stays, the kitchen has some coffee, teas and spices, and the bathrooms have hand soaps. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $100 administrative fee up until you are within 60 days of travel. Once you are within 60 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable.
