Come stay at our recently built custom home on Lake Hamilton. We look forward to providing a great experience on the shores of Lake Hamilton. This modern waterfront home sits just off Central Avenue in Hot Springs in a quiet cove on the center of Lake Hamilton. Walking distance from the Hot Springs Mall and all of the activities central to Lake Hamilton, this 3 bedroom/2 bath home is close to everything. And there's free wireless Internet throughout. You can tie your boat off the dock in front of the house and relax on the deck overlooking the lake. This home is perfect for two couples seeking privacy or a family with older kids. You're minutes from everything but feel secluded in this cozy cove. The home has two floors - the main floor which contains the living area, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and master bath. The lower floor (which is only accessed via an external entrance) has 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom (3/4 bath with shower). For rentals of 2 guests, we provide access to the main floor only. For rentals of 3 guests or more, we provide access to the entire home. The home sits on the water in a private cove just off Central Avenue in Hot Springs. It's close to major shopping and restaurants but is peacefully set away from it all. You will need a car and parking is limited to two vehicles. There's a small circle drive where you can park. There's a boat launch just down the road and you can tie up your boat at our dock. We do allow a house trained pet to come stay with you. There is an additional $50 pet cleaning fee we will collect separately.
