The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. Between November and early March, the lake is drawn down and there is little to no water up to the property Available by phone The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The cove is a shallow cove so the boating is usually neighbors going in and out. So it is a great cove for fishing and kayaking or paddle boarding. The Entergy Company owns the lake and controls the water levels. Every year Entergy will lower the water level 3 - 5 feet between November 1 and March 1, so at those times there is no water to our dock. We are a short 20 minutes to downtown, and just 15 minutes to Oaklawn Race Track. We are also within a few miles of several restaurants. The Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from the house on Airport Road.
