Our townhome is a spacious two-story end unit in the heart of Seagove Beach. The property is a short five to six-minute walk from the beach access. There are seven other beach accesses within a mile. Cassine also offers two pools, two tennis courts, a small (stocked) lake, miles of nature trails, discounted bikes, and free beach equipment. The property sleeps up to eight. Poolside Serenity was recently updated. Updates include a new walk-in master shower, a new bath / shower in the spare bathroom, plank tile, several new beds, new furniture, new decor, a queen-sized sleeper sofa and several new flat-screen TVs. It is conveniently located next to one of the nature trail entrances, less than 100 yards from one of two pools, the lake and tennis courts and a short five to six minute walk from the closest beach access. There are also seven other public beach accesses within a mile of the property. The townhome offers a fully furnished kitchen, a secluded patio off the living room and pool view. The master has a king bed, private bath and private balcony. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a double futon bunk bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have fans. There are flat-screen TVs in each of the bedrooms and the living room. We provide complimentary beach equipment (four chairs and an umbrella), discounted bike rentals through local bike shops and an "initial" supply of paper, soap and shampoo products with this property. Guests will have access to all of Cassine's amenities including nature and fitness trails, two pools, two tennis courts, a basketball hoop, a stocked lake and public beach accesses. Our property manager lives in Cassine and can help with your requests or questions. Cassine is a great location, especially for families. It's situated in a cypress grove against a state forest so it's very quiet. In addition to the ocean, the property offers miles of nature and fitness trails, two pools, two tennis courts, a stocked lake with a gazebo for picnics and a basketball hoop. Cassine is also within walking distance or a short drive of a variety restaurants, bars and shopping in Seagrove Beach, Seaside or the surrounding beach communities. When you book with us, you will get a list of recommendations for restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Cassine Gardens is within walking distance from a variety of bars, restaurants and shopping in Seagrove. It is also very close to other beach communities along 30A including Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary, Seacrest and others. While a car is not necessary, it is recommended if you want to explore all these areas. Renter agrees to Owner's rental contract and Cassine Gardens Association rules when booking online. A copy of both are available upon request. Please contact owner for details. Summer rentals start Memorial Day weekend and requires a minimum, Saturday to Saturday stay through mid August. January and February rent month to month starting on the 1st day of the month. Partial weeks or months during these periods should be agreed to in advance. While we offer a fully furnished kitchen and complimentary beach gear, we do not offer beach mats, snorkel gear, chop sticks, oil, salt or pepper.
