Give your guests the vacation they've always dreamed of in a large, open and inviting house perfect for groups. LIVING SPACE: Check in should be effortless, and with a digital keypad it is. Walk into a luxury open-concept living space with tall ceilings and natural light pouring in through the windows. With ample room for the entire group to relax, the kitchen and living room within steps of each other make it an ideal space to entertain. Watch a movie on the chaise lounge or catch up on your shows on the comfortable couches with provided cable. Find your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, with all the essentials you need for cooking. A large dining table is found right off the kitchen with plenty of seating. Rinse off from the beach in the full bathroom on the main level, and wash your clothes in the laundry room with a full washer and dryer for your convenience. The large master suite on the second floor features a separate kitchenette and private balcony so you can enjoy coffee or a glass of wine in your own space. It is walking distance to the beautiful Destin Commons and is truly in the heart of it all. Inside the neighborhood, enjoy the resort style, zero-entry pool, hot tub, and barbecue in the oasis that is just steps away from the house. The neighborhood is gated and monitored to ensure that you have a safe stay! The community offers a tropical paradise with luscious landscaping and features the largest zero entry lagoon style pool in Destin. The pool area is equipped with two waterfalls and an island, a spa/jacuzzi, self serve tiki bar with a flat screen TV, bathrooms and plenty of chairs. Relax and enjoy music through the pools surround sound speakers. The beach is a short walk or trolley ride (Sandy Express). The Sandy Express is a free community shuttle that will pick you up at your rental and drop you off at the beach. All this is done through a simple cell phone call or just stand by the Trolley Pick Up location because they run about every 5 to 10 minutes during the peak season. The Sandy Express runs 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. starting March 5th to April 22nd and then May 27th (Memorial Day Weekend) to September 17th. *Dates are subject to change* More information will be provided in electronic guidebook sent prior to your stay. You are permitted three vehicles in the parking lot, 2 vertical and 1 horizontal. There is also some additional guest parking by the pool area by the back entrance that is provided on a first-come-first-serve basis. 1 dog under 20 pounds is allowed with an additional pet fee. All dogs must be approved prior to booking and must be crated while unsupervised. There are 2 flights of stairs in the house going to the bedrooms. Please make note for infants and elderly. Up to 3 cars may fit in the driveway - 2 vertical and 1 horizontal. Additional guest parking in the complex is on a first come first serve basis and not guaranteed.
