STR# (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) This home has 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed and the and the master with a king bed and connected bath. There is another full bath on that level, along with a full-sized washer and dryer. On the 2nd level is a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with ample sleeping area including a sofa with pull-out and two oversized chairs with a pull-out twin beds. On the 1st level is a garage-conversion studio apartment (the Minnow). It is roomy and well-equipped with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. It sleeps (5) with a full-sized bed and twin trundle, plus a full-sized love-seat pull-out. It has a full bath with gorgeous tile shower and a covered porch out back for relaxing and grilling. This space would not be suitable for unattended children as it is separated from the main living quarters by a small owner's garage and a staircase. On the other hand, it's perfect as a bunk house for teens, or for family members who prefer to skip the stairs and have a little extra privacy! WHAT IS PROVIDED: • Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons. • All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels. • A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs. • Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear. SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay. This property is managed by Sand Key Realty. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday. Our hours in the Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are 9-6 Monday-Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday.
