Heated Pool, Boat basin, Dock. 4 minute walk to private beach access. Guests have full access to the condo and all amenities, beach access, heated pool, Tiki hut, boat dock, boat basin, deeded beach access, bbq grills. Located on beautiful Siesta Key in Sarasota, FL Convenient Flight options include Sarasota, Tampa, Punta Gorda and Ft Myers Our condo comes with linens and towels, and beach towels. We are located with deeded beach access to the best beaches in the US! Upon checkout, please leave the beds unmade and empty the trash. Our housekeeper charges $20 to empty the trash if it has not been emptied. The $20 will be deducted from your security deposit. Renters must be over the age of 25.
