Pirates Bay is a new community just outside the center of Port Aransas, offering a short drive to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The community of Pirates Bay features two exquisite slope entry pools, BBQ area and fire pit area, as well as a great kids play area. This unit was built in 2014, is recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living area opens up into the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to cook a meal in paradise. One bedroom has a king size bed, one has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TVs with Direct TV. The unit also features wireless internet and a washer/dryer utility room inside the condo. Stained concrete floors throughout, with high ceilings in the living room. The master has a large, walk-in closet and the master bath features a tiled walk-in shower. Attention Winter Texans! This property is available from November through February at $1800 a month. City Of Port Aransas STR#514298 WHAT IS PROVIDED: • Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons. • All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels. • A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs. • Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear. SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay. This property comes with 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit. There is some overflow parking in the complex, however this is first come, first served and can be limited during peak times. Sand Key Realty requires a 25% deposit when the reservation is made. This deposit is based on the total amount owed (including rent, fees and taxes). The balance is due upon arrival. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within the 30 days prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of payment.
