Summary: COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS Nothing is more important to the us than the health and safety of our communities. We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe. The Space: STAYING LONG TERM? Contact us for up to 25% off your stay! We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. 1 bedroom w/ 1 queen bed, couch & air mattress. This modern apartment offers granite countertops, open kitchen shelving, stainless steel appliances, wood style floors and washer/dryer. TV w/ cable & Netflix and free Wi-Fi! Enjoy fresh air on the large balcony and coffee in the Keurig. * The apartment is located right near Mass Ave, a bustling city neighborhood. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. The Neighborhood: Mass Ave is 45 Degrees from ordinary! Its free-spirited mood emerges from remarkable restaurants, eclectic shops and vibrant nightlife. Kaffeine Coffee is right around the corner. The Monument - 1 mile Bankers Life Fieldhouse - 1.5 miles Lucas Oil Stadium - 2 miles Getting Around: Public transportation is easy to find given its popular location. Pacers Bike Share is less than a half mile down the road. Easy access to I-70. Other Things to Note: We do not have reserved parking. Metered street parking is generally available within a few blocks. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a strict 11am checkout. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you'd like to schedule! Interaction with Guests: Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system, however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
