This lovely 2BR plus loft vacation home is located in the heart of Waterville Valley Resort. Walking distance to the town square and restaurants and a free shuttle to the ski area at Mt. Tecumseh. Access the cross country ski trails right out back. Additional activities include snowshoeing, fat-biking, tubing, hiking, ice-skating, tennis, golf, swimming, boating, etc.. Guests also have access to the White Mtn Athletic Club for a nominal fee. First Floor: Open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and loads of windows. Full Bath and bedroom with a double bed. There is also a deck off the dining area for warmer months. Sit outside and listen to the babbling brook which sits directly behind the house. 2nd Floor: Master bedroom with attached full bath (which is also accessible from hallway). Stacked washer/dryer and a second vanity with sink in the master bedroom. 3rd Floor / Loft: Great space for kids!! There is one built in twin bed plus room for 1-2 rollaway cots (provided). Not really suitable for adults. Sheets are provided, but guests must bring their own towels. Wifi, Smart TV with access to your own netflix, amazon prime accounts plus a DVD player. Guests also have access to the White Mountain Athletic Club (nominal guest fee) which has an indoor and outdoor pool, exercise room, game room, DVD rentals and more. I am available by cellphone, text, or email during your stay. I won't be in NH when you are renting our house. However, there is a great local property manager should you need anything urgently. Waterville Valley is a wonderful destination resort for families in the White Mountain National Forest of New Hampshire. Park your car and forget it! Waterville Valley is a great pedestrian destination. From our house, you can walk to the townsquare (1/2 mile on a trail without having to cross a road - very safe!) and access the cross country trails from our backyard. There is a also a free resort shuttle that stops at the ski mountain and other places in town. Check the Waterville Valley website for scheduled stops.
