The space Mauna Lani Terrace C202 is a Newly Upgraded 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath oceanfront condo only steps away from the beach at the world-class Mauna Lani Resort. The condo is spacious and has a large outdoor lanai - perfect for sunset dinners or relaxing to the sounds of the nearby surf. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been recently upgraded with beautiful granite counter tops. The living room features Island styled furnishings and Hawaiian decor with a flat screen TV. Out the glass sliding doors is a beautiful outdoor lanai with comfortable seating and a private wet bar. The master bedroom offers guests a king size bed, flat screen TV and a large private bathroom with his and her vanity sinks and separate tub and shower. The second bedroom, located by the entrance, also features a king size bed and a TV, as well as an attached full bathroom with a combined tub and shower. Both bedrooms have their own separate lanai for added privacy. A sofa sleeper is available in the living room to comfortably sleep six people. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a premier oceanfront property on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. The Terrace is located adjacent to the Auberge Resort at Mauna Lani on the only beachfront condominium site in the Mauna Lani Resort. All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. Our on-site resort office at the Mauna Lani Terrace is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. Other things to note The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price).
