A large tiled shower in the bathroom and new bed, towels and linens. We have a flat cooktop (no oven), microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all pots and pans. All just steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment on Hilton Head's most popular beach! The villa was completely remodeled in 2017, stand-up tiled shower, new flooring and kitchen. Great view from the balcony! 2 Beach Bikes are included for your use. The villa is located in Seaside Villas a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance to the main tourist center (Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants), and biking distance from lots more. The building is oceanfront and our villa is ocean view along the side We live on Hilton Head, about 10 mins from the villa, and we are always available to help or offer recommendations. We own a few units in the building and take care of several others. Rentals are available across the street, or you can bring your own (racks are in the front of the building). Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
