In the heart of the Perrey district (UNESCO World Heritage), this authentic 44 m² PERRET apartment, fully equipped, is located close to the MuMa (André Malraux Museum), the fishing port, the marina and a 10-minute walk to the beach. FREE secure PARKING. Close to shops and local markets, this accommodation, available all year round, is ideal for a good time of relaxation & discovery. Pets allowed. Bus stop at the foot of the apartment to visit Étretat. The space We no longer accept dogs, only other animals are accepted. €4 per night. When renting for just 2 people, a supplement of €5 will be requested for the entire stay for cleaning and ironing the sheets, if the bed in the bedroom and the one in the living room are used. Same for a rental with 4 guests plus a baby (5 guests in total) a supplement of €9 per night, will be requested for operating fees incumbent on the apartment. The LE MARITIME apartment is located in the heart of the Perrey district, 2 steps from the sea. It consists of: A living room with a living room including a brand new KING SIZE sofa bed of 160 x 190 for two people (Dunlopillo mattress), with a TV (123 cm) and Wi-Fi. The fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, citrus press, toaster and various basic products such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea (Coffea) and coffee (Carte Noire). A set of 8 flat, hollow and dessert plates are also available with cutlery and water glasses, wine, beer, champagne, coffee cups, and mugs (dishwasher liquid provided). This apartment also has a bedroom with a KING SIZE BED for two people with a 160 x 200 mattress, a 32" TV (There are only French TNT channels). A set of duvet cover, duvet and pillows are also available free of charge in the cupboard and wardrobe of this room. It is equipped with a mobile fan. The bathroom has a shower (installed on 9/8/2020), sink, 7kg washing machine (pods provided) and 7kg dryer (Electrolux), and storage for towels (provided) and your personal belongings. Shampoo (Petit Marseillais) and hand wash are also provided. The toilet is self-contained. In the entrance a coat rack is available. For young children, it is equipped with a travel crib, a high chair, a children's bathtub and various toys (€5 for the whole stay). The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building, there is no elevator. There is no access for people with reduced mobility. There is no cleaning fee so the kitchen and living space must be cleaned. The cleaning that is our responsibility includes cleaning the bedroom, bathroom, toilet, floors and washing and ironing sheets and towels. I will be on site for the key exchange and will be delighted to be able to talk with you about the different places to visit the city of Le Havre and its surroundings. Check-out: 11:00 AM Other things to note From the train and bus station as well as from Octeville airport it is possible to pick you up on arrival for €5. When exiting the station take bus line 4, get off at the "Cathédrale" stop, then it takes 5 minutes on foot to the apartment Otherwise there is the tram for €1.70 per ticket per person, get off at the town hall then it takes a little over 10 minutes walk to the apartment.
