Savor the cool ocean breeze at a light-filled 1918 Craftsman, tucked away on a romantic walkway just steps from the beach. Kick back in front of the fire, take a soak in the roll-top tub, or spend a soothing day by the waves. This home is the quintessential beach retreat. Highlights include White oak wood floors, Carrara tile, quartz counter tops, top of the line appliances & vaulted ceilings. Great for entertaining, the large living room is surrounded by period double hung windows that drench the house w/sunlight. A formal dining room great for any soirée or large family gathering. The kitchen family room combo features an exposed trestle ceiling, a cozy fireplace & a spectacular kitchen w/ tons of counter space. The back patio has been lushly landscaped & is anchored by a great fire pit, great for hanging out & dining alfresco on all those great sunny So Cal days. With details at every turn, this home exudes charm and character w/ 5 star amenities! This 2 story beach house comes fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen. We provide towels, beach towels and toiletries. Please be aware that the street is located on a pedestrian walkway with two flight of stairs leading to the beach. There is no parking on the premises. Beach lot parking is 150 ft away from the house. We provide ONE beach lot parking permit and entrance to lot closes at sunset. You may park overnight but if you leave the lot, you cannot get back in until the morning. We suggest using hotel parking and highly recommend Uber or Lyft for getting around LA. Guests have full access to the house and the outdoor spaces. I'm available if you have any questions. The beach house is steps from the beach and two blocks from the Santa Monica Pier. Take a short stroll to hotels like Shutters and Casa Del Mar for brunch or cocktails with a beachfront view, hit the shops on 3rd Street Promenade, or relax at a pub. Home comes with one beach lot parking permit. We highly recommend Uber or Lyft. A trip to Hollywood or Downtown LA would only be $15-20 fare. The City of Santa Monica has one of the most extensive transit networks among Cities of its size. Rent a Breeze Bike Share, ride the Big Blue Bus or take Metro/Expo Line. Metro will travel all the way to DTLA! Pricing: Our rates are pre-negotiated with our property owners and are the best possible rates we can offer. The price noted above the calendar is just an average nightly rate. If you would like to see pricing for your specific dates, simply input your dates into the calendar and the price will generate in Airbnb. Pet friendly (see house rules for additional fee) Availability: If you are able to generate pricing for your exact dates that means the property is available! If you are not able to generate pricing by inputting your travel dates into the calendar, that means the dates are either unavailable, there is a firm minimum stay rule, or we do not yet have pricing for your dates. Please keep in mind that our properties are booked in real time. If you want to book these dates, we really recommend making your reservation as soon as possible so you can guarantee your stay. Bedroom Layout: Each bedroom comes with one bed. The 2nd floor shares one bath. The first floor has two baths. The master suite is located on the first floor and has it's own private bath with walk-in closet.
