Historic Bungalow in the Heart of the Art District
Completely Renovated and new to the market! This home has all new furniture & appliances with plenty of living space. There are 2 queen size bedrooms along with a queen sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Also has a large private deck with lounge chairs and umbrella table that seats six comfortably for outdoor dining. The space is perfect for the quiet Gulfport getaway,... close to everything the town offers (beaches, restaurants, galleries, etc.), yet quiet enough to relax and feel far away from people. The guests will be renting the entire home on private property. There are no off-limit areas. The garage is kept locked for the garden equipment, but the lock combination can be given to the renters if they would like garage storage space for bikes, etc. I truly live just a few blocks away and am available for any reason. If a renter needs anything, I am just minutes to respond. Although very available, I respect my renter's privacy and only will be around if required. For longer term renters, I will alert them if I need to access the property for maintenance reasons (watering, mowing, etc.). And I will certainly work within their time frames. It is very important to me that my renters have the best experience possible. This street is one of the main hubs that bring people in and out of Gulfport. Many of the homes have historic values and neat gardens to walk by. Many artists visit and live in this neighborhood throughout the year. The street has a very close neighborhood feel, along with very friendly faces. Yet the location is truly just steps from the main shopping/ gallery / restaurant district. The location is truly in the Heart of the Desirable Art District! And if privacy is what my guests require - the very lush and private backyard is the perfect setting. The bus and trolley lines are very convenient for visitors if they want to visit outside of Gulfport. Information for these services are left at the bungalow. This home is located on a double lot allowing for plenty of parking (driveway, front street and back alley). I will need to know if the back alley will be utilized, as the location is in high demand and often people just park there (which I like to deter).
