The Wailea Beach Villas were designed as a world-class residential resort comprised of 98 luxury private residences set on 11 acres on the world famous Wailea Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Recently constructed in 2006, this gated vacation resort has 24 hour security personnel. The resort grounds are a virtual botanical garden with tropical plants, fragrant flowers, cascading waterfalls, and numerous ponds. RESERVATION DETAILS: To reserve the unit, we require a deposit of a portion of the reservation. Entire balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 30-60 days will receive a 50% refund. Anything after 30 days will not receive a full refund.
