Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% (not including any Airbnb services fees.) Age Requirements: You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation with SPI Rentals. ID must be presented upon check-in & must match the name on your Airbnb account and reservation. This person will be responsible for checking in to the home and must be present for the duration of the stay.
