Our home has amazing views and sleeps up to 16 with beds for 13. It features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a living room, a family room, a dining room and a play area with a game table. At 3,000 sq.ft., The Sunrise House is perfect for large gatherings. It is especially kid friendly. Toys, video games, movies, board games, Legos and books will help keep everyone entertained. Coffee and Tea are complimentary. The kitchen is fully equipped. A charcoal and propane grill are in the backyard. The upstairs features a large open space. The kitchen overlooks the breakfast table, dining room and family room. A large laundry room is directly off the kitchen and allows access to the two-car garage. The upper level also features the master suite, a large room with an attached walk-in closet and bath with a separate tub and shower. The guest bathroom casts a shower/tub combination and is near two more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and large picture window with amazing views. The second bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath and a full bed. The bedroom is designed for children and offers a selection of kids books and various small child needs. The downstairs opens to a large family room featuring a game area and play area as well as comfortable seating with numerous entertainment options. A full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is down the hall. Following the hall with lead you to the first basement bedroom, a large room with a walk-in closet and king sized bed. The second downstairs bedroom offers a full bed and a twin bed as well as a walk-in closet. The front porch offers comfortable seating and amazing sunrise views. The backyard offers a private, quaint space with a propane and charcoal grill. Oversized seating for 6 can be covered with the umbrella if you choose to use it. A soccer net, a picnic table and a small playset help to entertain the kids. Guests can access all rooms of the house except the storage room to the right of the basement stairs. We will be available by phone if you need anything during your stay. If anything requires a personal visit, a property manager is available. We will let you know in advance if we need to access the property. Our neighborhood is wonderful, secluded and private. Sidewalks line all the streets in the neighborhood and it is an excellent location for trick-or-treating. West side amenities are only 5 minutes by car. The nearest restaurant is less than a mile and serves amazing mexican food and great margaritas. Bill Snyder Family Stadium is less than 10 minutes from the Sunrise House. A car is essential for getting around Manhattan from the Sunrise House. This home is very child friendly. Various child proofing features are in place. A full sized high chair, a strap down booster seat, a changing pad, a humidifier, 2 Munchkin Sound Machines, a potty chair, a potty seat, bath toys, and a bath kneeler are available to you. A BabyBjourn Travel Crib Lite can be set up where you prefer. We also offer two Regalo My Cots for toddlers. The sofa downstairs in the family room folds open to reveal a queen sized bed. We have Cable TV, AppleTV, Amazon Firestick, SMART TV's, Xbox, Wii and a whole house receiver available to our guests. (Not all options are available in all rooms.)
