Very quiet home built in 1890, the house still holds the same charm it did 125 years ago! Great for traveling health professionals working at Copley Hospital, The Manor, or any of the other health services locations. Rent includes all utilities (heat, electric, cable/wifi, water, and monthly maid service). Walk to both Northern Vermont University and downtown Johnson. You must be a non-smoker, respectful of others right to a clean house, non-drug user, and have absolutely NO pets. The space Most staying at the home are healthcare professionals from around the country. You'll have your own room but share a bathroom and common living areas with the other tenants. Guest access Parking is on-site but you will need a car as there are not public transportation options. During your stay Lynda is the property manager and is always happy to help out. Other things to note Again, the house is very quiet with bedrooms on the second floor and shared living space on the first floor. We usually have 4-6 people staying at the house at a time. Most stay for 1-3 months and are traveling healthcare workers.
