Clean, quiet, smoke free home. LBGTQ+ welcomed. You may smoke outside, away from the house. We have one small friendly loving dog, Nina. Nina pretty much keeps to her self, but, loves ppl. Long term stays with pets are not permitted, sorry. We live close to grocery store, post office, bank, LCBO and gas stations. Near great fishing lakes, quad and snowmobile trails. The space We have an open concept home with living room away from your sleeping area to give you more privacy, peace and quiet. The yard is spacious and peaceful. We have a fire pit and lawn chairs you can use depending on seasons and fire regulations in our area. There is only 4 steps to enter our home should you have walking or leg problems. Small domestic pets are welcomed. Not on the beds. Please bring their own beds or kennels. There is a small fridge in your room and 32" flat screen TV with Netflix and Prime TV Guest access I have a total of 3 rooms, should you be traveling in groups. Private bedrooms, with lock n key. A simple schedule can be arranged to help with time frames, privacy, etc. During your stay We love to meet new ppl. We are friendly and fun respectful family. We will give you your needed space and privacy as well :-) Other things to note We get a lot of snow in our area, our driveway is slopped upwards if you have a small car you may have a hard time making it up the driveway, we will help and assist the best we can. We are on a natural spring well, clean drinkable water that is high on sulphur, so has a mild odor when using hot water. I have a filter in the fridge for drinking water and ice. Long extended showers are not permitted due to low levels of water, please respect this rule!
