With three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, plus a loft, your group can spread out and enjoy time in the Idaho mountains! With two decks, mountain views in two directions, and great amenities, you’ll never want to leave! This condo is right on a bike path and local free bus route, making it easy to get to where you want to go. A few minute car or bus ride takes you to Dollar Mountain (1.0 mile), to Ketchum (2.8 miles), or to the world famous Bald Mountain (3.9 miles) for some of the best skiing in North America. You can leave your car at home if desired because a five minute walk will bring you to the Elkhorn Village complex where you can play golf, tennis, swim, or relax in the hot tub or sauna. Just inside the entry is a huge storage closet for your skis, boards and other recreational equipment, adjacent to the half bath. Up a short flight of stairs is the main living area, with a kitchen, dining room, and living room with a gas fireplace, 70-inch flat screen TV, and comfortable couches and chairs. The large outside deck features great views, a gas grill, and table and chairs for meals in the morning or afternoon sun. For those who need to do a little work during their stay, there is an office area with a desk and printer off the kitchen. There is complimentary secure wireless internet throughout the condo. Cooks will enjoy preparing meals in this spacious, recently remodeled kitchen. It is fully stocked and ready for you, featuring granite countertops and high-end appliances. There is even a Keurig coffee maker for those early risers that need a jolt to get moving for the day. The in-unit washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen for those who need to do laundry. Three spacious bedrooms can be found downstairs. The Master bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, an en suite bathroom, flat screen TV within the armoire, and access to an outside deck with chairs and table. This is a great place to read a book, enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or take a break from the rest of the crowd. The front bedroom has a queen bed and a wall mounted TV. The other bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together as a king bed if requested. These two bedrooms have close access to a full bathroom across the hall. Above the main living area is a loft which features two twin beds. This unit easily sleeps eight people in their own private spaces. In addition to the pool, sauna and hot tub at the Elkhorn complex, the Sunburst development has its own pool and hot tub, available for you to use. (Towels are provided for those using these facilities). Regardless of the time of year, there will always be something to do in Sun Valley. This area is well known for its exceptional skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. In the warmer months, Sun Valley is a mecca for mountain biking, hiking, trout fishing, and rafting. Additional, there is always something happening in the area including jazz festivals, summer concerts, ice skating shows, film festivals, and community events. You can also spend a quiet day strolling the streets of Ketchum with its many shops, galleries, and restaurants. Due to construction, there will be no pool or hot tub access during the 2020 and 2021 winter seasons. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice. Parking Notes: Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
