Comfortably sleeps a family of 5, with Queens in each BR, and full futon of the LR. The space Built in 1901 on a yellow brick, historic street, the back of the building over looks the Hudson river....you can lie in your bed and look out on the Empire state building. The front offers a private terrace, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine! And when we say fully stocked, we really mean it. The pantry has the basics for cooking, laundry detergent, paper supplies. There's a bar set up with nice wine glasses, and Kuerig Pro with a supply of k-cups. Both BR's have nice bedding, new towels, and comfy duvets. The smart TV also has premium cable, and there's a Jam box for you to link your phone for some music. There are books, games and puzzles, a basketball for the courts in the park, and lots of tourist info for you to dig into. Guest access This is a separate apartment, approximately 1200 square feet with a private balcony off the front. The apartment is accessed up one flight of stairs through the left hand door in the vestibule. Other things to note We provide morning caffeine, not breakfast. Kitchen has all the essentials.
