Welcome to the lake house! The space Beautiful studio apartment right on Lake Huntington, NY. Apartment is in a duplex directly on the lake. You have lake access and picturesque views! Bring your kayaks, fishing poles, or take a swim to cool off after a hot day! Perfect space for a couple's getaway. Bedroom area is super comfortable with queen sized bed, made up of 100% Marriott hotel brand (mattress, sheets, pillows). The living room area is super cozy with couch and coffee table. There is a great little kitchenette, equipped with all you could need to cook breakfast lunch or dinner. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, sink, counter top two burner cooker, and a toaster oven/air fryer. The bathroom will make you feel like you are truly on vacation with its pebble floor, clawfoot tub/shower, bidet and the towels and robes are Marriott brand as well! There is a great AC unit for the summer, and is toasty warm in winter. Step foot onto the upper-level porch to cook or eat with seating & Weber BBQ, while overlooking the beauty of Lake Huntington. Head down the short flight of stairs and let the lake fun start! There is a dock perfect for those looking to be active, or those who just want to relax and take in some sun! There is covered seating down here to also enjoy being on the lake, yet out of the sun. It is truly luxury on the lake. Other things to note Lake Huntington is a bit of a hidden treasure. Small, quiet lake but close by to many popular towns such as Narrowsburg, Callicoon, Jeffersonville, and Bethel (perfect for Bethel Woods concerts!). There is a great little laundromat a couple houses down from ours, for any longer stays or quick bathing suit washing! As this is used purely as an AirBnB, there is no coffee, seasonings, etc. So don't forget to bring along your own necessities! Apartment is in a duplex building; there are two of the apartments (parties of 4 can rent both!). But this also means you may have a vacationing neighbor next to you. Don’t worry, just like everyone else on the lake, we are all here for a relaxing good time!
