THE PROPERTY Our fun and family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities: - 24/7 Front desk and security; - 2 swimming pools with loungers, umbrellas, and tables; - Lazy River, Water Slides, kids pool; - Free scheduled Shuttle to the parks (Disney, Seaworld, Universal); - On-site restaurant, Tiki Bar, and convenience store; - Spacious fitness center; - Tennis courts, and Basketball courts; - Several gas BBQ stations throughout the property; - Arcade and game rooms. - Pets are allowed for $125/reservation + 7.5% tax. Up to two pets per unit, 40 lbs each, and needs to be requested in advance; - Dog park for your pets to run around and exercise. - Free on-site parking for 1 car per unit; NOTE: - The main pool area and lazy river will be closed for maintenance from January 15, 2024 through February 9, 2024. During the closure, the Oasis Pool Area and Hot Tubs by the Fire Pit area will be open, and all activities programming will take place in those locations instead of at the main pool. There is a 24/7 front desk in the building that handles the keys. You can keep your luggage at the front desk before check in and after check out. Free scheduled shuttle service to the parks is provided. This is a 2-story townhouse. Unfortunately, it is NOT handicap accessible. The building requires a damage deposit of $100/stay/unit on the credit/debit card. It is fully refunded at check out. Park Shuttle schedule changes monthly. All shuttles depart the property around 9-10am and return around 6pm. Later shuttles available from Magic Kingdom when the park stays open late.
