Thank you for your interest! This family friendly property is located on Duke Ellington Way, ONE BLOCK AND HALF from the Las Vegas Strip NEAR MGM GRAND In order to check in & obtain they keys, you 1. Must be 18+ 2. Must provide the front desk your Gov't photo ID 3. Must provide the front desk a credit card for refundable security deposit $250 - bank issued debit card with your name on it maybe ok, but prepaid cards like Chime, Netspend, Visa gift cards can not be accepted The space Our one bedroom condo is located just 1.5 blocks from the south end part of the strip near MGM Grand, New York New York, Mandalay Bay. You will check in at the front desk just like any hotel. Reservations will be made under your name. There is free parking with onsite security guard for your safety. The 625 sf Condo is air conditioned with fully equipped kitchen with essentials: dinnerware, glassware, flatware etc. Full sized refrigerator, blender, 4 burner electric stove, microwave and more! 1 King Bed 1 Double Sleeper Sofa Fully equipped Kitchen 1 Bathroom Maximum Occupancy: 4 Pool towels are provided. Daily cleaning service not provided, but if you should need clean towels etc, there is a coin-op laundry room for your convenience or please contact the housekeeping department or the friendly 24-hour onsite staff. Guest access All guests have access to guest amenities: outdoor swimming heated pool, hot tub, community room with pool table, ping table and bbq's in pool area and more! Other things to note We apologize for any dust and noise POOL/HOT TUB WILL BE RENOVATED AND CLOSED THROUGH MARCH 9, 2025. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE. BUT GUESTS ARE WELCOME TO USE POOL/HOT TUB AT NEIGHBOR RESORT. PLEASE SEE FRONT DESK THIS IS IS A TIMESHARE PROPERTY. YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED IN ANYWAY TO ATTEND A TIMESHARE MEETING. SECURITY DEPOSIT $250 (REFUNDABLE) *MUST BE 18 OR OVER TO CHECK IN Your room is assigned at time of check in, just like any hotel, so If you are not happy with the room assigned or have a special request (room with Balcony/Pool view/upper floor etc), please feel free to request this at the front desk, and depending on availability, they will do their best to accommodate NO CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, OR CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER RESERVATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE SINCE WE THE OWNERS RESERVE THROUGH THE TIMESHARE COMPANY. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED All guests must comply with resort rules.  No smoking. No pets. Must be 18 or older to check in. CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS -  As Timeshare Owners we call in a non-refundable reservation with Shell Vacations Club at time of your reservation request . Therefore, there is no cancellations or changes after your reservation request has been made. CHECK-IN: Your room is assigned at time of check-in. The hotel will ask for photo ID and credit card, for incidentals at time of check-in just like any hotel.  These documents must match the name on your reservations.  If you should need a different room, due to location or other issues, please contact the front desk and.or management and they will do their best to accommodate your needs, since I am not onsite. RESORT FEES:NONE THIS IS A TIMESHARE PROPERTY- You are not obligated to attend a timeshare presentation at anytime USAGE - The Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms that s/he will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-outs. TEMPORARY USE / NO SUBLETTING - Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for the temporary use of the Resort and that Tenants shall not under any circumstance sublet the Resort unit. OCCUPANCY -- The Tenant agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to comply may result in eviction by the Resort. PETS -- Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit. SERVICE ANIMALS ACCEPTED DAMAGES -- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. INDEMNIFICATION - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. SMOKING IN DESIGNATED AREA ONLY - NO SMOKING ON BALCONIES Your reservation does not include daily housekeeping, however, the state of Nevada mandates that Wyndham provides daily housekeeping (a full clean service for a fee) for the duration of your stay. (paid by guest) You have the option to decline the daily housekeeping at check-in. If you decline, you will not be charged for daily housekeeping at check-in. Registration Details Exempt
