Cleanliness/Sanitation: Our home has always had the highest standard of cleaning. Our cleaning crew goes above and beyond to ensure our house is completely sanitary for each new check-in. Every surface is wiped down and cleaned and sanitized. Our linens are washed and rotated between every single stay, and changed out completely on a yearly basis. We are based in Tennessee, and regularly visit our beach home throughout the year. Our 4 story home (3262 sq ft) is the largest floor plan in the neighborhood. It is ideal for 3-4 families with children, or groups of 16-18 people. Our home has 12 beds in 6 bedrooms + 1 pull out sofa for a total of 13 possible beds. Our new home is only a few years old and is beautifully furnished in a soft, serene beach theme. The location couldn't be better, being situated right between the beach and Destin Commons/Whole Foods. Stroll to the beach in a 5-7 minute walk (two and a half block walk, 0.3 mi), down a quiet tree lined street. Optionally, use the neighborhood shuttle (holds 12+ people) that runs from our front door to Crystal Beach and back all Summer long. Just make a call, and they'll come pick you and your family (and all your beach stuff, too!). The lagoon resort style pool in the neighborhood is second to none and the biggest neighborhood pool in the Crystal Beach area! Enjoy this huge pool with your family, featuring a zero-entry access, waterfall rock features, hot tub, tiki hut bar area, and ample outdoor lounging areas in a lushly landscaped setting. Our home has 2 very large covered porches. The 2nd & 3rd floor porches each have 4 Adirondack chairs. We have a private outdoor grill on the 1st floor covered front porch. Better Together is a beautifully appointed, 6 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom home. Bedrooms include: 3 King Bedrooms (one each on floors 1-3), 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Bunk Bedroom with 4 Single Bunk Beds (a favorite of kids) and 1 Double Trundle Bedroom with 2 Twin Daybeds with Twin Trundle pull outs. If you need more room, there is an additional sleeping space on a sleeper sofa on the 3rd floor that makes into a queen. Our home is newly built (2016), very clean and perfectly situated in the neighborhood, near the pool, but tucked away so noise isn't an issue. We’ve thought out all the details to make your stay memorable….high speed wifi internet, new TVs, high-definition cable, beach towels/toys, tons of reading books, hair dryers in each bathroom and much more. First Level: LIVING ROOM - Large, light-filled, and comfortable living room with faux fireplace, 55” HD TV. Open space moves right into the kitchen and dining area. KITCHEN - Brand new Frigidaire Professional appliances, fully equipped...if you feel like cooking while on vacation :). LAUNDRY ROOM – Brand new washer and dryer available for your use, right off the kitchen. KING ENSUITE BEDROOM #1 - King bed, large bedroom with 43” HD TV, beautiful en suite bathroom with oversized glass-door shower, dresser, and closet. Bathroom shared with downstairs, but can easily be locked to make fully private to bedroom. Sleeps 2. Second Level: KING ENSUITE BEDROOM #2 - King bed, large bedroom with 55” HD TV, beautiful en suite bathroom, with two separate vanity areas, shower, separate bathtub, walk-in closet and dresser. The private 2nd floor balcony runs the length of this room. Sleeps 2. 4 BED BUNK BEDROOM #3 - Four single beds in bunk-bed style, dresser, closet, and 43” HD TV. En suite bathroom features large vanity and bathtub. Sleeps 4. Third Level: LIVING ROOM - Sofa, love-seat and 43” HD TV. Also, a wine refrigerator and wet bar with a table with seating for four. 3rd floor balcony with seating. If needed, sofa is a sleeper bed on this level. (sleeps 2 if needed.) BEACH - Emerald water and miles of sugar-white sand are 500 yards away, 2 blocks...about a 5-6 minute walk. There is also a free trolley, running from Memorial Day to Labor Day that will pick you up at your door and drop you right in front of the beach. This neighborhood trolley runs all day long, and will pick you and your family up at the front door of the house. THE AREA: Lots of restaurants, an upscale shopping mall, movie theater, Starbucks and Whole Foods grocery store are all across the street at Destin Commons. Everything you need is within ½ mile.
