Large windows interrupt the paisley blue walls, creating a beautifully bright and airy interior. The gleaming full service kitchen has brand new appliances and plenty of space for cooking. The downstairs is cozy and private, with the sun soaked living room area running adjacent to a private bedroom and bathroom. The second floor features a beautiful, sweeping studio with views out of the front window over the trees. A beautiful custom desk offers a private workspace, and the crisp, modern touches in the full bath accentuate the contemporary feel of the home. The exterior features a small patio perfect for enjoying the temperate Charlotte weather. Throw your favorites on the grill and take a load off in the designer deck chairs! Gorgeous large - canvas contemporary art pieces cover the walls and add splashes of color to each room. Both beds have custom headboards and the highest quality mattresses. Imported designer light fixtures enhance the plentiful natural lighting. The second floor blinds can be open and closed remotely for your comfort and convenience. There is parking set aside for one vehicle, as well as street parking in front on the main home. We provide customer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The home is located settled in right between Uptown Charlotte and bustling neighborhoods of NoDa and Plaza Midwood in the emerging Villa Heights. All areas can be accessed by foot or with a quick car ride. NoDa is one of the prime locations in Charlotte for leisure and entertainment. It features some of the towns top restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and music venues. Looking for a coffee shop? Smelly Cat Coffee has you covered. How about a Food Network featured foodie restaurant? Head downstairs to Cabo Fish Taco. In the mood for some pastries? Amelie's French Bakery will rock your world. We and the neighborhood are dog-friendly and strongly encourage you to bring your four-legged friends along (just no cats please). There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee if you wish to bring your pet.
