The space Spacious apartment on the first floor of a renovated Venetian villa fitted with all main comforts. The space is comfortable for 4 guests. The apartment is furnished of autonomous heating during winter season (15th october - 15th april) and air conditioned in summer time. Living room with flat screen TV and two sofas, the kitchen has fridge, small freezer, a microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, tableware and cookware, hot water. Guest access Our guests will have access to the inner garden of the villa where you can relax drinking a good glass of wine and having a dinner in the shelter of the portico that faces west. Yours children can play freely in the garden protect with wall and gates always close for the security of everyone. It is also available to guests the entrance area of the main staircase, where there is a common washing machine (free use). The parking outside the villa is very comfortable, you can leave your car there during all the period of stay and the access to the villa is immediate and permitt to download easily your luggage. From the apartment's windows you can check immediately your car.
