The space Located in a quiet and friendly community with a private patio. The unit includes a full living room area, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, and in unit laundry area. Shared seasonal pool and gym area also for guest access. Guest access First floor lobby area, Gym, Rooftop patio, rooftop seasonal pool, 3rd floor lounge area. Other things to note The keyfob will allow you to access your room. Please do not lose it or you will be locked out. There is a $450 replacement fee. There is a trashroom on the bottom floor of the parking garage. You cannot receive mail here.
