Rest assured that our 1 Bedroom + Loft will be ready for your trip, as we are one of the few condos that have a LEGAL NUC Certificate! - Hi speed Wifi for streaming or for checking the surf - King bed in master bedroom with private bath - Twin over full bunk bed in Loft (2nd bedroom) Top bunk has max weight of 165 lbs -Queen Sofa bed in Great room w/ memory foam mattress - Split A/C in Family Room & Loft; window A/C in Master Bedroom and our condo has a great trade wind location - Smart TVs in Master Bedroom, Great room and Loft - Beach amenities for your use (chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, sand toys, cooler etc) - Pickleball and Tennis rackets and balls for the adjacent tennis courts - Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap for your convenience - One of the closest condos to the Turtle Bay Resort and walking distance to the kid friendly beach - Close proximity to world famous surf beach spots (Pipeline, Sunset, Vland, etc) -Please note that some amenities may not be available due to Covid or due to previous guest misuse. * Please note for your safety we have an exterior ring doorbell camera located at the front door of the condo that will record when activated by motion.
