This condo sits directly on the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Situated a little past the middle of the island, towards the south end of Fort Myers Beach, this condo can be found right across the street from the Beach Movie Theatre and Charley's Boat House Grill. When walking into this condo you will be captivated by the view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The newly remodeled kitchen is well equipped with water and ice in-the-door refrigerator, flat top electric range, microwave oven and includes beautiful Granite counters, along with every amenity you could want or need for your cooking creations. There's also a large capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. The large living room and dining room combination is a great room to relax and let go of the stresses of everyday life. Decorated in a palate of pastel greens accented with bright coral; combined with a mixture of rich fabrics, textures, and tiled floors, this area will awake your senses and calm your soul. Watch the large flat screen TV, read a good book or connect to the internet using the high speed WiFi Internet connection. Of course all of this may be impossible to do as you will be mesmerized by the gorgeous views of the beach outside the wall of sliding glass doors leading to your balcony. If needed the couch converts to a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping area for two. The screened in balcony will be your favorite part of this condo. You'll find yourself lost in the daily happenings of life on the beach. Watch the dolphins swim by morning, noon, and night. Unwind at the table and comfortable chairs. Watch the incredibly beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or even walk the beach with others to watch the sun go down for the day. Reconnect with your family and friends, and remember the finer moments of your life, and the things that bring you happiness and peace. The view from the balcony is remarkable and breathtaking. The master suite has a beautiful, light wood, king size bed, big screen cable TV, and private en-suite bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The master bath has his and her sinks with a Granite counter top. The master bedroom also includes a walk-in closet and plenty of storage in the chest of drawers, armoire, and wicker storage chest. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with plenty of storage for your guest's needs in the walk-in closet and a separate chest of drawers. Take a relaxing bath in the bathtub or enjoy an invigorating shower in the second full bathroom, which is decorated in beautiful white with black accents. Sunset complex has a beautiful, large, in-ground, heated pool for your enjoyment. Cabanas and Tiki huts are available beachside for carefree days of relaxing by the water's edge. There are also beach/poolside bathrooms for your convenience. Gas BBQ/Grills can be found in the parking lot area for your grilling use. Just bring your steaks and the BBQ utensils found in your kitchen. This condo is conveniently located close to many shops, restaurants, and the movie theatre. Walk to numerous restaurants, shops or the movies, ride the bike path to see the island, or catch the trolley into Times Square or Bonita Springs. Charter boats, jet ski's and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.
