This family friendly, large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury villa with private heated pool/spa, is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the theme parks. Centrally located in the 5 Star Lake Berkley Resort. Close to Disney, SeaWorld and Universal are within minutes and with Highway 192 offering links to either coast areas. Our spacious and well equipped villa is furnished to a high standard. Cable TV is provided and wireless internet is freely available. There is air-conditioning throughout. The main family/TV room has a patio door to pool area, 2 large comfortable sofas and 40" TV/DVD. Uniquely this villa has a second sitting room, we call this our relaxion room, however this can be an ideal place for the kids to play whilst the adults relax in the main sitting room. Your kitchen is fully equipped and includes cooker with hob and oven, American fridge/freezer and microwave. Next to the kitchen we have a breakfast table, with seats for 6 guests. In the open plan area there is a large dining table with seating for all your family in your villa. There are four Bedrooms, master with King sized bed, ensuite bathroom plus TV, which overlooks the private pool and conservation area. The second bedroom has Queen bed. There are two further twin bedrooms. There is a family bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board. Outside we have a private pool and spa, with conservation view and with plenty of chairs and loungers for your use. The pool is fully screened, and is west facing, ideal for sun bathing. As a guest of Lake Berkley Resort you will enjoy all these facilities free of charge: fishing, tennis court, basketball court, gym, clubhouse, children’s splash pool, and running trail. Strictly a no pets and no smoking villa. Our villa has a high repeat booking rate from former guests. Pool heat, if requested, is $25 per night and will be billed separately. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required and this is invoiced 60 days prior to arrival.
